6:00 p.m.: Organizing for America (OFA) strategy session with state leaders at the Downtown Public Library. p.m.
Wednesday, March 10
noon: Events and Services Committee
7:00 p.m.: Regular monthly meeting of the Alachua County Democratic Executive Committee at the Jack Durrance Auditorium in the County Administration Building. As usual, many of us will meet for dinner at Emiliano’s at 5:30 PM. All are welcome.
Thursday, March 11
6 p.m.: Alachua County Democratic Black Caucus

The Democratic Black Caucus of Florida (DBCF) elected Lizzie Jenkins, founder of the Alachua County DCBF chapter, as its statewide President last weekend in Orlando. In addition to being a retired educator who spent 33 years teaching in Alachua County public schools, Lizzie is a noted author who has written extensively about the 1923 massacre at Rosewood, Florida. Congratulations, Lizzie!
