State Legislation Against Free Choice Act Defeated!

Congratulations to the ACDEC Legislative Committee recent initiative to develop a resolution against a state law to end-run the Free Choice Act poised for presidential signature as a federal law. Our elected officials at the state level recently voted against the proposed state law! Thanks also to our Communications Committee for developing a press release April 20 to send out with the resolution. All Florida lawmakers (more…)
