After debate in the Legislative Committee of the Alachua County Democratic Executive Committee, a resolution was advanced to the April general membership meeting of the Alachua County Democratic Executive Committee to call attention to the fact that the Florida Legislature was attempting to pass state legislation in direct conflict with pending Federal legislation known as the Employee Free Choice Act.
