By law, political parties can accept ONLY those donations that meet the following restrictions:
- You MUST be a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
- Your contribution CANNOT be made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank.
- Your contribution CANNOT be made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor.
- The funds you are donating CANNOT be provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- You MUST BE at least 18 years old.
By submitting your donation, you are confirming that you are in compliance with these requirements.

Political parties in the State of Florida are required by law to report the occupation and employer of all individuals who donate $100 or more in any given calendar year. If applicable, please provide that information, either in the designated space.
